The consultation begins by completing an intake form and setting up a time to talk. During this conversation, I will ask questions to help get a better sense of the issues for which you are seeking a consultation, do basic tongue and pulse observation and clarify the time that you are able to allocate to a protocol.From there, I will take a few days to review our conversation, investigating plants and practices that will be supportive to you. I may touch base with you with additional questions that arise in the process of matching you with herbs. Having done so, I will suggest a protocol that includes herbal, culinary, movement and spiritual strategies that will be supportive to you, sending my thoughts via a written protocol that includes guides and suggestions on further reading.I will guide you in exploring the strategies that hold the most resonance for you.
